Ordering
Will the charge be repeated after the order is placed?
We only charge once.
What are the acceptable payment methods?
Dewell X accepted PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, JCB, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and American Express.
Why didn't I receive an order confirmation？
You will receive an order confirmation within 3 minutes of placing your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, it is possible that you have used a different or invalid email address to place your order, or that your order confirmation has been filtered to the spam folder.
If you do not receive an email, please email dewellxshop@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you find your order!
How can I change my order or shipping address？
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, we may be able to edit your order before processing shipping. Please contact dewellxshop@gmail.com directly with your order number in the subject line and the order information you need to modify in the body of the email so we can make the changes immediately.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or cancel the order. thank you for understanding.

Do I need to pay for shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $49, and a flat $6.99 for orders under $49.
Where I can find my tracking number?
Once we have successfully fulfilled your order, you can find your tracking information via the dispatch confirmation email.
Hong long does it take for an order to arrive?
All orders ship within 1 -2 business days of purchase (excluding holidays and weekends) Shipping Time
